Admission Procedure

1. Step 1a: Accomplish the online application form
2. Step 1b: For Grade 11 - Take Interest Test and Academic Statement of Purpose
3. Step 2: Submit the following documentary requirements:
   • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of School ID (if applicable)
   • Report Card with 2nd or 3rd Quarter Grades
   • Recommendation Letter [Click to Open] from the Adviser, Principal, or Guidance Counselor (sealed envelope)
4. Step 3: Pay the ₱500.00 non-refundable application fee
5. Step 4: Complete the onsite admission interview

Only applications that are complete and with proof of payment shall be processed and evaluated by the Admissions Committee.

Admission Policies

• No entrance exam required.
• First-come, first-served, based on slot availability.
• Parent/guardian must be present during all admission steps; applicants without a parent/guardian will not be accommodated.
• Admission is based on academic records, application, interview, and review of the Interest Test and Academic Statement of Purpose to determine the best academic cluster/strand.
• Final acceptance and placement depend on the school’s capacity to provide academic and support services.
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information about the student’s academic history, learning needs, and medical/developmental concerns.
• Additional assessments or documents may be requested if needed.
• Interview completion does not guarantee admission or specific placement.
• Accepted applicants must enroll within 1 week from notice of acceptance.
• Failure to comply with admission or enrollment requirements within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the slot.
• Application Deadline: April 30, 2026
• Waitlist results: May 09, 2026. Follow up through official school channels if you don’t receive a notification.

Enrollment Requirements (Upon Acceptance)

• Original PSA Birth Certificate
• Original Report Card
• Good Moral Certificate
• Two (2) pieces 2×2 ID Picture (white background)
• One (1) long brown envelope
• Duly accomplished Promissory Note for requirements not yet available
• Payment of the required down payment fee
